Letterform

Each poster interprets a different theme through shape and structure, drawing inspiration from the Volta Center, a residential building on the VoltaMitte campus. The custom typeface reflects the building’s triangular architectural language, merging visual identity with spatial rhythm.

The VoltaMitte letterforms were derived directly from the building’s floor plan. Each character follows a thin-and-thick grid system, echoing the steel-frame structure and layered geometry of the architecture.

The resulting typographic system functions as both form and reference. It captures the architectural logic of VoltaMitte while transforming it into a visual language that bridges structure and expression.
